Whether you are participating in recreation leagues or competitive sports, our Personal Trainer can give you the edge you are looking for. Sports training differs from traditional workouts since strength, balance, agility, and flexibility training need to be integrated into your plan.

Personal training can be provided on a ‘one on one’ basis, or in pairs, on a weekly basis or as often as you require. Sessions are held either at your home, gym, swimming pool, office or local park.
